System Analyst - Finance
Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day support and guidance to Finance teams
- Manage the tail-end of the migration (monitoring of countries analysts, Q&A sessions, reply to questions)
- Collect user-feedback on needed development and maintenance. Assess and prioritize user needs and funnel them to the EMEA Project manager and to Finance Service Team.
- Represent financial teams on all matters relating to IT systems
- Provide full support to EMEA financial users: training, documentation, Q&A. Manage the problem resolution with IT and Finance Service Team.
- Represent effectively financial team in the wide community of systems' users
- Ensure the business continuity on the financial requirements
- Manage and perform the month- end -closing activities
Requirements
- Experience in effective management of systems for Business's requirements
- Experience in using SAP and others standard systems in finance
- Ability to work in bi-lingual environment : IT and finance
- Ability to break down complex issues and develop systems led solutions to issues/problems raised
- Ability to create trainings and deliver them
- Strong communication skills as this role will work with various levels of Finance management
- Experience in Finance would be a great advantage
- Fluent English
- Microsoft suite (Excel , Word and Powerpoint) and Data Base management
