For our client- global technology company, settled in Wroclaw (POLAND)- we are looking for talented individuals for a position of:
Project Manager
Primary responsibilities:
- Supporting Operations with the execution of opportunities in the area of cost saving, cost avoidance and value adds
- Analyzing ongoing performance metrics, proactively escalate trouble spots to accountable managers and monitor resolution actions through to successful completion
- Establishing strong partnerships with core functions of Quality, Industrial Engineering, HR and Finance and ensure alignment of planning methodologies and processes, synchronization of plans and monitoring of ongoing performance
- Driving end-2-end process improvement with cross functional teams
- Participating in discussions with internal and external parties on process improvements, standarization etc.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business
- Minimum 3 years experience in finance - experience in SSCwill be an asset
- Working experience in roles which involve process management (improvement)
- Extensive explicit and tacit knowledge in at least one business process (contract administration, AP, AR, GL, financial analysis
- Knowledge of details of process flow, procedures, policies and other regulations
- Ability to present the details of the process, its dependencies and influencing factors
- Higher level of communication to customers or other external parties; can lead discussions around process with them.
- Ability to lead training for this specific process knowledge
- Advanced MS Office products knowledge and/or Visual Basic
- Working experience in a multi-national environment / cross-functional teams is advantageous
